Purchases made on the Neutral store ship as soon as your product is available. You’ll receive emails about the status of your order, but you can also check the status of your order by signing into your Neutral Account on the NS300 store. Orders are sent through various carriers who most value delivery service to your address.

When your order will ship

In most cases, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. We’ll send you an email when it ships along with a confirmation email that has your delivery service information and tracking number.

If part of your order isn’t available for immediate shipment, your order will not ship until all items are available. You will see “Processing” if you check the status of your order online. When your order ships, the status will change to “Completed”, and you’ll receive a shipment notice with a tracking number.

How to check the status of your Neutral order

If you placed an order while signing into your Neutral Account, you can see your order status in the My Orders tab at ns300.com.

We’ll also send you email updates on the order status right after the order is placed and once it’s been shipped.

If you purchased without an Account, you’ll need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.

You’ll see your order number on the NS300 store’s order confirmation page after you check out. It’s also included in the receipt emailed to you.
