The Universal Cleaning Head (sold separately) works across a wide range of 58mm machines but uses a general-profile rubber strip. This curved-bottom head provides a more precise fit for E61-style curved baskets — the rubber strip is shaped to match the curved inner base, maximising contact area and cleaning effectiveness. For Rancilio, ECM, Rocket, or Lelit owners, this is the better choice.
