The Model 01 is the most widely compatible rubber insert in the NS300Pro cleaning system. Designed for the most common portafilter shape — 58mm curved-bottom, straight-walled (right-angle) double-shot baskets — it ensures flush, full-contact cleaning with every cycle. How it works:

Snap the Model 01 rubber insert onto the NS300Pro metal cleaning head. The curved profile matches the inside bottom contour of your portafilter basket — allowing the motorised cleaning head to remove coffee puck residue cleanly without scratching the basket surface.

When to replace:

• Rubber shows visible cracking, tearing, or deformation
• Coffee grounds are not fully cleared in one pass
• Insert no longer clips securely to the cleaning head
