How it works:
Snap the Model 01 rubber insert onto the NS300Pro metal cleaning head. The curved profile matches the inside bottom contour of your portafilter basket — allowing the motorised cleaning head to remove coffee puck residue cleanly without scratching the basket surface.
When to replace:
- Rubber shows visible cracking, tearing, or deformation
- Coffee grounds are not fully cleared in one pass
- Insert no longer clips securely to the cleaning head
