Can I change the cleaning head myself?

Of course. Our instruction manual provides detailed steps for replacing the cleaning brush head rubber strip. The entire replacement process is simple and quick, and can be completed in just a few steps.

How do I clean the machine itself? Which parts can be disassembled for cleaning?

The NS300 Pro's brush head is easily detachable and can be washed directly with water. The interior of the machine can be cleaned with the included cleaning brush to remove any remaining coffee grounds, then wiped clean with a damp towel. Please note: Do not rinse or soak the interior of the machine directly with water.
